Nicky Bown’s Back in Town… and He Ain’t Happy!

In 2016 my friend Danny Bushell and I self-published Chasing Tigers on Amazon as an e-book.

It is a story of one man's journey from a quiet life, working in a Betting shop, to becoming a lynchpin in the world of organised crime.

How does Nicky Bown end up there? Well, it isn't an easy ride for him, but revenge has a big part to play.

Nicky finds himself walking some dark streets chasing his objective. The very streets that belong to gangster Jack Holte.

In 2022 we self-published the follow-up book Broken Cages, also as an e-book on Amazon. Nicky finds himself facing new challenges, and a new heart of darkness.

He faces new evils. Working in an underworld he hates torments him, and it's obstacles test his mettle.

He is helpless as he witnesses his girlfriend sloping further into addiction. Things are further complicated by his attraction to another woman. Just how far is Nicky prepared to go to get solutions.

In fact, how far will he go to get justice?

***Both Danny and I are now very proud to announce that both of these books are available in paperback format on Amazon***
